YEAR OF EXPERIENCE : 4- 8 Years of relevant experience in Production Planning & Inventory Control (PPIC)

QUALIFICATION : Any graduate + MBA/Post Graduate in Supply Chain Management / Operations Management

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES : Handling supply planning at site for ~120 products & 250+ SKUs
 Raw and Packing Material Planning handled of more than 1000 units
 Supply planning cycle schedule adherence
 Release weekly production plan and maintaining MSL
 Tracking of Plan v/s Actual based on weekly frozen plan
 Critical FG shortfall reporting Weekly to HO Planning along with delivery dates
 Sharing material shortage to Purchase team as per monthly and weekly plan and follow-up for the same
 Co-ordination with HO & Site purchase Team for critical deliveries
 Daily Release of process order to production based on requirement
 Follow-up with QC for release for RM & PM release
 Follow-up with QA/QC for release for FG
 Co-ordination with sales team and production team to manage daily, weekly, Monthly planning & ensure timely dispatches.
 Undertake Regulatory compliance, Statutory compliance, pack changes, MRP changes
etc.

COMPETENCIES :

 Must have minimum 4 Years relevant experience in ERP / SAP PP module
 Good Knowledge in MS Excel
 Good communication skills
 Good in Cross functional team engagement
