Qualification : B.Sc./M.Sc. (Agriculture) or similar
Experience : Min. 6Months
Objective :
Meet weekly/monthly sales targets by developing a marketing strategy
Gain a deep understanding of the company’s services and find gaps in the customer’s lives wherein the company’s services fit
Foster strong relationships with existing and potential customers such as listening, empathy and problem-solving
Comply with the rules and regulations of the company by providing customer support
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
Convert leads for the company through telephonic conversations
Maintain and monitor the records of all the conversations, be it customer feedback, purchase orders or queries
Stick to the sales script and strategy, but also improvise it when needed, within the scope
Update customers about new launches and record customer reactions to new products
Be aware of the latest industry trends
Liaise with the concerned department regarding customer queries and complaints
Sale the product over call.
COMPETENCIES :
Prior experience working as a telesales coordinator or in a similar role
Good Written & Verbal Communication skills
Adept knowledge of working with MS Office
Great communication skills, both verbal and written
