Telesales Coordinator

Qualification : B.Sc./M.Sc. (Agriculture) or similar

Experience : Min. 6Months

Objective :

 Meet weekly/monthly sales targets by developing a marketing strategy
 Gain a deep understanding of the company’s services and find gaps in the customer’s lives wherein the company’s services fit
 Foster strong relationships with existing and potential customers such as listening, empathy and problem-solving
 Comply with the rules and regulations of the company by providing customer support

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

 Convert leads for the company through telephonic conversations
 Maintain and monitor the records of all the conversations, be it customer feedback, purchase orders or queries
 Stick to the sales script and strategy, but also improvise it when needed, within the scope
 Update customers about new launches and record customer reactions to new products
 Be aware of the latest industry trends
 Liaise with the concerned department regarding customer queries and complaints
 Sale the product over call.

COMPETENCIES :

 Prior experience working as a telesales coordinator or in a similar role
 Good Written & Verbal Communication skills
 Adept knowledge of working with MS Office
 Great communication skills, both verbal and written
