Sales Coordinator

YEAR OF EXPERIENCE : Minimum 3 Years

QUALIFICATION : Any Graduate

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

Sales Team Report analysis.
 Sales team management and monitoring.
 Monitoring Sales Lead and conversions.
 Coordinate with sales team for Daily report.
 Verifying Travelling Expenses of Sales Employees & Keep records for the same in Excel Sheet.
 Handling the Order processing, Order Management and Punching.
 Prepare outstanding and payment follow up.
 Research, track, maintain and update leads.
 Interact with customers to address inquiries, provide product information, and assist with their needs.
 Provide sales operation and administrative support.
 Prepare required MIS reports.

COMPETENCIES :

 Good verbal and written communication skills.
 Good excel skills.
 Basic knowledge of Google Sheets and Google Drive
 Well versed with the ERP/SAP.
