Description
Mode of Action
Quizalofop ethyl inhibits the activity of the enzyme Acetyl-CoA carboxylase (ACCase), which is essential for lipid synthesis in plants. ACCase is involved in the production of fatty acids, which are crucial for cell membrane formation and other vital metabolic processes. This disruption of lipid synthesis interferes with the normal growth and development of the weeds, ultimately leading to their death.
