Description
Mode of Action
Fipronil 0.6% GR is a broad-spectrum insecticide that works by targeting the central nervous system of insects. It acts by selectively binding to gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA) receptors, which are important in transmitting nerve impulses in insects. By binding to these receptors, fipronil disrupts the normal functioning of the insects’ nervous system, leading to hyperexcitation of nerve cells and eventually causing paralysis and death.
