Peptech Biosciences Limited (ISO 9001:2015) is pleased to announce that the Central Insecticide Board and Registration Committee (CIBRC) has approved the grant of registration for Chlorantraniliprole 18.5% w/w SC under Section 9(4).
The company has received the final approval from the registration committee in the 444th RC meeting held on January 16, 2023.
Chlorantraniliprole is a synthetic insecticide. It belongs to the anthranilic diamide class. It is based on an extract of the plant Ryania speciosa. It is a broad-spectrum insecticide and gives protection for a longer duration. It is a ryanodine receptor activator used to protect a wide range of crops, such as corn, cotton, grapes, rice, and potatoes.
