Description

Carbendazim 12% + Mancozeb 63% WP is a broad-spectrum fungicide combining systemic and contact action for effective control of fungal diseases in crops. This formulation is widely used for the management of blast, sheath blight, and other fungal infections in paddy and other crops.

Carbendazim: A systemic benzimidazole fungicide that binds to β-tubulin, disrupting microtubule formation and inhibiting fungal cell division (mitosis). Acts inside the plant to provide curative action against early infections.
Mancozeb: A contact fungicide that reacts with sulfhydryl (-SH) groups in fungal enzymes, disrupting metabolism and preventing spore germination. Provides protective activity on treated surfaces.
