Description
Pendimethalin 30% EC is a pre-emergent herbicide formulated with 30% Pendimethalin in an emulsifiable concentrate (EC). It is highly effective in controlling a broad spectrum of annual grasses and some broadleaf weeds in various crops. Pendimethalin 30% EC works by inhibiting weed seedling development, ensuring a weed-free start for crops and enhancing their growth potential.
Mode of Action:
Pendimethalin 30% EC inhibits cell division in weed seedlings by disrupting microtubule formation, preventing the development of new cells. This action occurs at the root and shoot tips of germinating weeds, leading to stunted growth and eventual death before the weeds can emerge above the soil surface.
