Work Exp – More than 10 years
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Min. experience of 8-10 years in industrial fermentation, preferably in bio-fertilizer, agriculture, or biotech manufacturing.
- Proven expertise in scaling microbial fermentation processes from lab to industrial scale.
- Strong understanding of microbial cultures, anaerobic/aerobic fermentation processes, and downstream processing techniques.
- Experience with fermentation equipment, reactors, control systems, and process automation.
- Knowledge of quality control standards, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and regulatory requirements for bio-fertilizer production.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot fermentation processes.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Proficiency in SAP, ERP, Microsoft & Analytical ability for process control and monitoring
- knowledge of downstream production that includes Membrane filtration, centrifugation, Spray drying, lyophilization is must.
