Description

Aminofert-Zinc is a Zinc Amino Acid Chelated Powder formulated for foliar and soil application to correct zinc deficiencies that can restrict plant growth and yield. The chelated form ensures better nutrient absorption and rapid correction of deficiency symptoms. It is non-toxic to plants and approved for organic production.

It contains 12% Zinc (Zn) and 30% amino acids (as protein hydrolysate). Aminofert-Zinc appears as a white to off-white, free-flowing powder, completely soluble in water and forming a clear solution.

Deficiency Symptoms:

  • Zinc deficiency first appears on young leaves.
  • Leaves become small, narrow, and exhibit interveinal chlorosis (yellowing between the veins).
  • Whitish or pale patches develop on affected areas, leading to a rosette-like leaf arrangement.
  • Growth becomes stunted with shortened internodes and reduced leaf size.
  • In crops such as paddy, citrus, and maize, zinc deficiency leads to poor root development and delayed maturity.

Method of Application & Dosage

Crop(s) Target / Benefit Dosage & Application Guidelines
Paddy, Wheat, Sugarcane, Tomato, Chilli, Brinjal, Cabbage, Cauliflower, Onion, Garlic, Grapes, Okra, Melons, Capsicum, Gourds. Promotes growth hormone (auxin) synthesis 200-400 gm/acre during periods of rapid growth or nutritional stress. The application can be repeated twice or more times during the growth season starting from bud to fruit setting.
Tree Crops Promotes growth hormone (auxin) synthesis 200-600 gm/acre after the beginning of active growth. The application may be repeated at 2 to 4 weeks intervals through the growth season.
Grapes & Berries Promotes growth hormone (auxin) synthesis 200-400 gm/acre after active growth begins. The application can be repeated at intervals of one week or more during the vegetative growth period starting from bud to fruit setting.
