Description
Fenpropathrin 30% EC is a board spectrum insecticide. It is a contact insecticide which controls numerous pests like aphids, thrips, borer, mites, leaf roller, fruit moths, and diamondback moth etc. in various crops. It also prevents the disease spread by controlling the vectors of those diseases.

Mode of action
Fenpropathrin disrupts the nervous system in an insect’s body by keeping their sodium channels open, which leads to over-excitation, paralysis and death of insects. Also, its contact and stomach poison action kills pests when they come into direct contact with the insecticide or when they consume treated plant parts.
